The producers of emulsion polymers, Diransa San Luis S.A., Buenos Aires, Argentina and Ercros Deutschland GmbH, Recklinghausen, Germany, announce that an agreement of cooperation has been signed in the field of waterborne binders and solid resins for printing inks.
